Sales Rep Margin Report

The Sales Rep Margin Report is a gross margin report which allows users to see the profitability of sales reps, both individually and as a group, based on all of the sales orders invoiced between specified dates. The report is sorted by sales rep, and includes above the lineCollapsed and below the lineCollapsed totals based on the customer class assigned to the customer.

Uncosted and costed items are also included on the report.

Sales Rep Margin Report Fields
Sales Rep Select one, several, or all sales reps.
Broker

Select whether to include broker subtotals: Y=yes, include broker subtotals, N=no, do not include broker subtotals.

Start Date

The start date of the report.

End Date

The ending date of the report.

Customer Mask

The customer(s) or selection of customers (customer maskCollapsed) you wish to inquire about.
Item Mask The item(s) or selection of items (item maskCollapsed) you wish to inquire about.
Item Type The type of item: Product, Other, or ALL.
Cost Select the item cost: Actual or Standard.
Report Type Select Summary to view the report by sales rep with customer totals only; select Detail with Customer Totals if you wish to view customer with item breakdown; or select Detail with no Customer Total to view item gross margin by sales rep.
